The Pex Software Modules

The Pex software modules have been designed to provide the 'backbone' core capability required for a company working in the property sector. They include

• Tenancy Management System - check in and check out, reservations, lease, tenancy and availability management systems
• Servicemanager - manages maintenance issues, job creation, scheduling and supplier management
• Remote data capture, Floorplanning and Surveying Systems - enables inventory management, property inspections, Floorplanning and property surveying

The modules generate the necessary financial outputs such as deposit, rent invoicing, landlord statements, property ledgers, service or work order charges, that can be generated for distribution or exported to existing accounting applications such as Great Plains, SAGE etc.

Our software applications are web-based, meaning that they are accessible from a web browser. They are built using Java and are the most flexible web enabled applications available to the property market today
